How do I get access to the private beta?
Simply go the PRICING page, click the SIGN UP button in the individual tab, then follow the instructions.
How long will I be on the waiting list?
We are excited to include you. We are processing requests as quickly as possible.
Is the private beta free of charge?
Yes, the private beta is completely free. We will not ask you to subscribe until the public release. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the product.
What if I do not want to subscribe upon public release?
You will retain access to your smaps, though you will be unable to edit them. Whenever you are ready, you can subscribe to a suitable plan.
How do I learn how to build smaps?
After signing in, a starter smap guides you through core features with brief video tutorials. Advanced tutorials are available anytime via the help menu.
What if some features I need do not exist in SMAP?
Please let us know! We welcome your suggestions and are constantly improving with new features on our roadmap.
Is there a limit to the number of smaps I can create?
No, you can create any number of smaps, then share them privately or publish them on the web at your convenience.
Do I own the smaps that I create?
Absolutely, you retain full ownership. If you create something amazing, we would love to feature it in our GALLERY and highlight your work!
